Introducción: los estudiantes universitarios se encuentran en un periodo crítico para el desarrollo y consolidación de estilos de vida futuros. El objetivo fue conocer los hábitos alimentarios, preferencias alimentarias y habilidades culinarias del alumnado de primer curso de las distintas titulaciones de la Universidad de Huelva. Material y Método: estudio descriptivo transversal durante el año académico 2015-2016 de una muestra final de 756 alumnos. La adherencia a la Dieta Mediterránea se ha medido a través del cuestionario KIDMED. El resto de variables se han recogido mediante un cuestionario ad hoc. El análisis de datos se realizó mediante el PSPP, calculándose medias, desviaciones típicas y porcentajes para el análisis descriptivo, prueba de Chi-cuadrado y ANOVA para el análisis relacional. Resultados: el 20,4% del alumnado tiene un nivel óptimo de adherencia a la Dieta Mediterránea, frente al 65,3% que posee un nivel medio y un 14,3% bajo. Los alimentos preferidos son pollo (62,2%), pasta (58,2%), cerdo (50,4%) y las patatas fritas (45,9%). Entre los alimentos que saben preparar están la pasta, (93,8%), patatas con huevo (90.2 %), pizza precocinada (88.7 %), zumo (86.1 %) y carne a la plancha (85.8 %). Conclusiones: la dieta de los estudiantes onubenses es muy similar a la de otras poblaciones universitarias estudiadas. Se encontró preferencia por las carnes y alimentos ricos en glúcidos, en detrimento de la fruta y la verdura. Se observó un déficit en las habilidades culinarias, lo cual podría explicar el deterioro del patrón alimentario de éstos y orientar futuras intervenciones


Introduction: students attending university are at a critical period for the development and consolidation of future lifestyles. The objective of this study was to know the eating habits, food preferences and culinary skills of first-year students on different degree courses at the University of Huelva. Material and Method: cross-sectional descriptive study in academic year 2015-2016 of a sample of 756 students. Adherence to the Mediterranean Diet was measured by the KIDMED questionnaire. The rest of the variables were measured by an ad hoc questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the PSPP programme, calculating arithmetic means, standard deviations and percentages for the descriptive analysis, with Chi-square test and ANOVA for the relational analysis. Results: 20.4% of students have an optimal level of adherence to the Mediterranean Diet, compared to 65.3% % with an average level and 14.3% with low adherence. Favourite foods cited were chicken (62.2%), pasta (58.2%), pork (50.4%) and chips (45.9%). The types of food the students knew how to prepare included pasta (93.8%), egg and chips (90.2%), precooked pizza (88.7%), fruit juices (86.1%) and grilled meat (85.8%). Conclusions: Huelva university students diet is very similar to that of other university populations studied. We found a preference for meat and foods rich in carbohydrates, to the detriment of fruit and vegetables. A lack of culinary skills was observed, which could explain the deterioration in eating habits; this is a pointer to future interventions

RESUMO

Se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica del período de 1983-2014 con el objetivo de conocer el desarrollo curricular de la materia de Enfermería Comunitaria en la titulación de Enfermería en el contexto español. La búsqueda se realizó en 9 bases de datos de Enfermería, Educación, Ciencias de la Salud y otras Ciencias Sociales, además de en TESEO. Los criterios de selección de documentos fueron: el tipo de documento, la nacionalidad y la fecha de publicación. Se analizaron 43 documentos, 24 de los cuales eran experiencias de innovación y 19 investigaciones curriculares. La temática más frecuente en las publicaciones fue la formación práctico-clínica de los/as estudiantes en el ámbito de la Atención Primaria. Los elementos curriculares más estudiados fueron la evaluación y la metodología. El alumnado fue la población más estudiada en la investigación con clara perspectiva cuantitativa, en la que la encuesta sobresale como la principal técnica de recogida de datos. El desarrollo científico-curricular ha sido muy reducido. Se han localizado muy pocas publicaciones y la investigación curricular ha sido escasa, diversa en áreas temáticas y elementos curriculares, y homogénea en enfoques metodológicos


A literature review has been carried out in the period of 1983-2014. The aim has been to know the curricular development of the Community Nursing subject in the university degree of Nursing in the Spanish context. The search was conducted in nine databases of Nursing, Education, Health Sciences and other Social Sciences, in addition to TESEO. The selection criteria for documents were: the type of document, the nationality and the date of publication. 43 documents were analyzed, 24 of which were innovation experiences and 19 curricular investigations. The most frequent topic in the publications was the practical-clinical training of the students in the field of Primary Care. The most studied curricular elements were the evaluation and the methodology. The students were the most studied population in a research with clear quantitative perspective, in which the survey stands out as the main data collection technique. The scientific-curricular development has been greatly reduced. Very few publications have been located and curricular research has been limited, diverse in thematic areas and curricular elements, and homogeneous in methodological approaches

OBJETIVO: Valorar las cafeterías de los Institutos de Educación Secundaria (IES) de Andalucía como servicios de promoción de la salud alimentaria, comprobar la adecuación de la oferta alimentaria a la Ley de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición española y determinar el conocimiento de dicha ley por los/as directivos/as de los centros educativos. DISEÑO: Estudio observacional descriptivo transversal. Emplazamiento: IES de las 8 provincias andaluzas. PARTICIPANTES: Los servicios de cafetería y equipos directivos de los centros educativos. Muestra aleatoria estratificada con afijación proporcional por provincia y tamaño de hábitat de 95 IES andaluces con error ± 10% y nivel de confianza del 95,5%. Mediciones principales: Aplicación de la Guía de promoción de alimentación saludable, validada a través de un grupo Delphi, que recoge información sobre: la oferta alimentaria, la ubicación de los productos alimentarios y la publicidad sobre alimentación saludable. Entrevista semiestructurada a un miembro de cada equipo directivo. RESULTADOS: En el 85% de las cafeterías se produce una baja promoción de la alimentación saludable. El 100% de las cafeterías ofertan una amplia variedad de productos no recomendados (golosinas, refrescos, paquetes de fritos, bollería industrial) incumpliendo lo establecido en la Ley de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición. El 33,7% de los/as entrevistados/as afirman conocer la existencia de esta ley. CONCLUSIONES: Las cafeterías de los IES andaluces no promueven una alimentación saludable. Podemos afirmar que la ley ha tenido muy poco impacto durante su primer año de vigencia. Es prioritario introducir medidas acordes con la legislación y con las recientes investigaciones que favorezcan un entorno escolar saludable

CONCLUSIONS: Andalusian IES cafeterias do not promote healthy eating. It can be affirmed that the law has had little impact during its first year. It is a priority to introduce measures in conformity with the law and with recent research in order to promote a healthy school environment

INTRODUCTION: The school context stands out as one of the factors influencing the food practices of adolescents. Food consumption during the school day, the cafeterias' supply and the promotional activities proposed by the centers are objects of increasing attention to community health services. OBJECTIVES: To describe students' eating habits during the school day; to analyze the food on offer by the cafeterias and surrounding establishments; and to assess whether secondary schools are suitable environments for the promotion of healthy eating habits. DESIGN AND SAMPLE: Cross-sectional study during 2010-2012 courses. Sampling units: public secondary schools (95) and students (8.068). Multistage cluster sampling: random and stratified selection by province and habitat size. Selection of students: systematic sampling of classrooms. RESULTS: 77.5% of students have breakfast at home: cereals and a dairy product (40.9%) or a liquid (29.2%); 70.3% eat something at school and most of them choose a cold meat sandwich. Fruit consumption is infrequent (2.5%) while packed juices are very common (63.3%). 75% eat sweets, the figure increasing significantly in schools with cafeterias. Cafeterias offer a large number of non-recommended products: soft drinks (97,3%), cold meats (91,8%), sweets and chips (89%). Lack of control of the products on offer is common (68.42%); only 28.4% of the managers know the law. 72.5% of the centers undertake isolated activities for the promotion of healthy eating habits. 71.5% of the centers are surrounded by shops that supply the students. DISCUSSION: Low protection of students' food health is evident, resulting from: students' nutritional deficits, the low quality of the food offered by the cafeterias and the lack of activities to encourage healthy habits. For which reason, educational, health and local administrations must accept shared responsibility on this subject.


Introducción. El contexto escolar destaca como uno de los factores influyentes en las prácticas alimentarias de los-las adolescentes. Las prácticas de consumo alimentario durante la jornada escolar, la oferta de las cafeterías y las actividades de promoción propuestas desde los centros son objetos de atención creciente para la salud comunitaria. Objetivos. Describir las prácticas alimentarias del alumnado durante la jornada escolar; conocer la oferta de las cafeterías escolares y establecimientos periféricos; y valorar si los centros de secundaria son entornos favorecedores de una alimentación saludable. Diseño y muestra. Estudio descriptivo transversal durante los cursos 2010-2012. Unidades de muestreo: centros de secundaria públicos (95) y alumnado (8.068). Muestreo polietápico por conglomerados: selección aleatoria y estratificada por provincia y tamaño de hábitat. Elección del alumnado: muestreo sistemático de aulas. Resultados. El 77,5% del alumnado desayuna en casa: lácteo con cereal (40,9%) o ingesta líquida (29,2%); el 70,3% come algo en el centro y eligen el bocadillo de embutidos mayoritariamente. La fruta, anecdótica (2,5%) y, el zumo comercial, my frecuente (63,3%). El 75% consume chucherías siendo significativamente superior en centros con cafeterías. Las cafeterías ofertan multitud de productos desaconsejados: refrescos (97,3%), embutidos (91,8%), golosinas y fritos envasados (89%). Ausencia de control de la oferta en los centros (68,42%); solo el 28,4% de directivos conocen la ley que la regula. El 72,5% de los centros realiza promoción de la alimentación con rasgos de efemérides. El 71,5% de los centros tienen en sus alrededores comercios que abastecen al alumnado. Discusión. Encontramos una baja protección de la salud alimentaria del alumnado debido a: déficits alimentarios del alumnado; baja calidad de la oferta en cafeterías escolares y locales externos e inexistencia de actividades de promoción en los centros educativos. Por ello, la administración educativa, sanitaria y local andaluza debe asumir la responsabilidad compartida en esta materia.

Fundamentos: El objetivo del presente estudio ha sido establecer un consenso entre personas expertas sobre indicadores que definen a los centros de Educación Secundaria como promotores de una alimentación saludable. Método: Se ha utilizado la técnica Delphi con tres envíos sucesivos a través de cuestionarios online y cuadro de contenidos mediante correo electrónico. Han participado un total de 68 expertos y expertas en alimentación y promoción de salud. Resultados: Se han propuesto y consensuado tres grandes bloques con los correspondientes indicadores de promoción de una alimentación saludable en los centros de Educación Secundaria: 1. Relacionados con el Centro (los indicadores de mayor relevancia están relacionados, con el proyecto educativo del centro, el currículum escolar y la formación del profesorado) 2. Relacionados con la Cafetería del centro (oferta alimentaria, ubicación de productos saludables y publicidad) 3. Relacionados con la comunidad (participación comunitaria y formación de otros miembros del entorno educativo y familiar). Conclusiones: Este material supone la base para la elaboración de instrumentos que permitan realizar un diagnóstico sobre la promoción de la alimentación saludable en los Institutos de Enseñanza Secundaria (AU)


Background: The aim of the present study was to establish a consensus among experts on indicators that define secondary schools as promoters of healthy eating. Method: The Delphi technique has been used with three successive shipments through online questionnaires and table of contents via email. A total of 68 experts in nutrition and health promotion have participated. Results: Three main indicators for the promotion of healthy eating in secondary schools have been proposed and agreed: 1. Related to the school (the most important indicators are associated with the school plan, the curriculum and teacher training) 2. Related to the school cafeteria (food supply, healthy product placement and advertising) 3. Related to the community (community participation and training of other members of the learning environment and family). Conclusions: This material is the basis for the development of tools that allow us to make a diagnosis on the promotion of healthy eating for Secondary Schools (AU)

OBJECTIVE: To define and prioritise the future research lines of the Andalusian Association of Community Nursing (ASANEC). METHOD: Application of the Delphi technique within the members of the Working Group of the Research area of ASANEC, consisting of Community nurses from clinical and educational settings, as regards research in seven Andalusian provinces. Three rounds of participation were performed, with the last one being prioritised using a Linear Scale. Averages and standard deviations have been calculated. RESULTS: The total number of participants on this technique was 13 professionals (54.16%). The main research lines finally agreed and prioritised, were the following, in decreasing order: «care management¼, «quality of life¼, «lifestyles and health education in children and adolescent population¼, «design and validation of nursing assessment tools¼, «patient safety¼, «accessibility to healthcare services and development of self-care capacity¼. CONCLUSIONS: Research on the new model of care management introduced into Andalusian primary care was given priority, although there are more emerging research lines related to Health Promotion and Prevention of Health problems in the general population, children, young people and vulnerable populations. These results have been the deciding factors in the choice of the current research lines developed by the ASANEC Research Group.

Objetivo. Conocer el comportamiento de los factores conductuales en las usuarias potenciales del programa de Atención a la mujer climatérica de la Zona Básica de Salud Molino de la Vega, de Huelva. Método. Estudio descriptivo sobre un total de 70 mujeres (de entre 40 y 60 años) adscritas a dicha zona. Se aplicó un cuestionario de 146 preguntas, agrupadas en 5 dimensiones, previa prueba de jueces y pilotaje. Análisis estadístico: frecuencias absolutas y relativas, aplicación del test de independencia, análisis de varianza y test de Newman-Keuls. Resultados. a) Comportamiento alimentario: el 65% de las encuestadas tomaba leche 2 o más veces al día; el 90% mantenía una ingesta moderada de fibra; tomaban carne de ave varias veces a la semana el 83%; cerdo, el 55%; huevos, el 78%; pescado azul, el 75%; hidratos de carbono de absorción lenta, el 76%. El 86,7% utilizaba el aceite de oliva. b) Actividad física: el 40% dijo realizar ejercicio físico raramente o nunca. c) Conducta respecto al sueño: el 78,3% se despertaba a menudo. d) Conductas psicosociales: el 66% de las mujeres sólo salía con su pareja o amistades, de vez en cuando o nunca; en sus relaciones sexuales, el 64,5% no tomaba la iniciativa. e) Otras conductas: el 83,3% no había fumado nunca, el 18,4% consumía hipnóticos a menudo, el 25% tranquilizantes, y el 48,3% analgésicos. Conclusiones. Aunque en todas las dimensiones hay aspectos que deben trabajarse en la intervención educativa, los comportamientos relacionados con la actividad física y los aspectos psicosociales son los puntos donde el repertorio conductual se muestra menos saludable


Objective. To determine patterns of behavioral factors in potential users of the Menopausal Women's Health Program in the Molino de la Vega Basic Health Area in Huelva. Method. A descriptive study was performed in 60 women (aged between 40 and 60 years old) in the Basic Health Area. The women were administered a questionnaire consisting of 146 questions, grouped into five dimensions, with prior validation by an expert panel and pilot study. Statistical analysis: absolute frequencies and percentages, application of the test of independence, analysis of variance and the Newman-Keuls test. Results. a) Dietary behavior: 65% of the women drank milk two or more times per day; 90% showed moderate fiber intake; meat was eaten several times per week by 83%, pork by 55%, egg by 78%, blue fish by 75%, and slow-release carbohydrates by 76%. A total of 86.7% used olive oil. b) Physical activity: 40% reported taking physical activity rarely or never. c) Sleep patterns: 78.3% reported frequent waking. d) Psychosocial behavior: 66% of the women went out with their partners or friends only occasionally or never; 64.5% never initiated sexual relations. e) Other behavior: 83.3% had never smoked, 18.4% frequently took hypnotics, 25% took tranquilizers, and 48.3% took pain killers. Conclusions. Educational intervention was required in most of the dimensions. The least healthy behavior patterns were found in the dimensions of physical activity and psychosocial aspects
